1. What were positives and negatives of this year? Explain why they were positive and negative and then tell me how as a social officer you would keep the positive and fix the negative.
Positives of this year are that we had so much fun and the theme was really cute, to keep those aspect we would continue to plan fun creative ideas and try to decorate in aesthetically pleasing ways. Negatives of this year are that we didn't have very many opportunities for team bonding, I never really felt as close with this team as I did with the team last year, in order to avoid that we would have more chances for girls to extend their relationships across grade levels and teams.
2. What were your contributions to the team that prove you are prepared for a social officer role?

Resume:
This year I took on the role of Pep Executive Officer, That taught me so much about how to connect with a team and help them to make connections and friends. It taught me the importance of planning engaging activities and staying on top of each girls specific needs. Also when given the opportunity I can make friends with almost anyone, I know how to make anyone feel comfortable in a setting. I also survived a brain tumor which is an accomplishment that proves my resilience, I still danced that competition and passed sophomore year. I'm very organized so I can plan things in an orderly fashion and keep the studio clean.
